ABOUT WIDEA

Our background

widea stands for wide ideas and was founded by Olivia Forsberg in 2018 and it is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

We strive to increase the resilience against disasters where everyone (women, men, girls and other genders) are included in the disaster management and adaptation to the climate change. Saving lives and protecting resources while preparering for a future in a changing climate. Our services  are currently on hold.

Disasters do not discriminate and neither should we. With the changing climate it is more important than ever to take actions to mitigate the risks and prepare to save lives and resources. Women, men, boys and girls should all be meaningfully involved in assessing their disaster risks and what actions to take. Knowledge is the key to become resilient.

That is widea is all about!
